AI Agent to Simplify MBA Life
MBA looks glamorous from the outside.
Inside? It’s chaos.
Assignments. Quizzes. Presentations. Pre-reads. Class changes. Deadlines everywhere.
And every day, there’s that one friend(Darsh Nath Segal & CRs) who keeps the whole batch updated.
So I decided to solve this...
I built an AI Gem (DT Mate) on Google Gemini for our batch, a single chat where you can ask:
📌 “What’s today’s class?”
📌 “Where is it happening?”
📌 “What are the pre-reads?”
📌 “When’s the next quiz, test, or presentation? and set a reminder.”
But the best part is
This Gem doesn’t just give information; it helps you take action directly:
• Add reminders to Calendar
• Create to-dos in Google Tasks
• Save notes in Google Keep
• Draft emails in Gmail
• Add notes to Docs
• And much more… all inside one chat.
No more asking around. No more missing deadlines.
As an MBA Digital Transformation student, this is exactly what we’re trained to do:
spot friction → build systems → make life easier
This Gem is a small example of what the future of learning can feel like: simple, smart, and stress-free.
